Join us and Nikki's V's brand new Catskill's home and retreat center that she created with her own two hands.  Nikki and I will meld our minds in order to take you to the final frontier. We will explore strange new worlds, seek out new life and new movement patterns, and boldly go where no one has gone before. Expect to cover the origin of the universe, dynamic relationships such as the one between your pelvis/ribcage/shoulder girdle, core and breath fundamentals, the relationship between stability and mobility, the essential nature of consciousness, in other words YOGA. 

Details: Arrive for your weekend getaway Friday any time after 12pm and depart Sunday any time in the afternoon. We will serve up 4 classes, delicious local and fresh cuisine (some sourced right from the garden!) and a home-away-from-home stay at a private Catskills house with stunning Pepacton reservoir views, a backyard waterfall and acres of protected land. We even have a telescope for those of you who are truly star curious!
