...are both known for their insighful, clearly articulated take on yoga philosophy as well as for their ability to translate their decades of practice and teaching into a practical, clean, thoughtfully sequenced class that speaks to a large range of ability levels. As well as a deep love of yoga, they share an irreverent sense of humor and together they delight in experimenting with new modes of practice and finding uncanny routes into the endless discovery and curisosity of the Self.

The Details

Join Alex and Erin for their 7th annual weekend retreat. This Fall they will host the retreat in the lovely Outlier Inn (http://outlierinn.com) a functioning fiber farm and recording studio located in the heart of the Southern Catskills. Alex and Erin will guide you through two expertly crafted classes pr day -- an invigorating morning practice and a deeply restorative evening practice in the 30 foot geodesic dome.

Besides for the yoga, you can expect 3 scrumptious, nourishing meals pr day, hand crafted on the premises by our dear chef Paco Rodrigues and with locally sourced ingredients, some straight from the farm. Most of our meals are enjoyed outdoors on a big family style farm table. Spend the days hiking or lounging and evening by the bonfire with a glass of wine, cold beer, or a cup of tea.

The area offers many hikes to lakes, running rivers, waterfalls, and lookout points.

Of course you can also spend your day lounging in a hammock, reading, watching the bunnies and the lambs, and taking a hot bath in the outdoor tub. Or sleeping.
